It must be sent by email with acknowledgment of receipt before July 20, 2025 inclusive to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr + Subject of the email: COUPON OFFER SEPTEMBER The coupon must be sent separately from the rental agreement by email by the client, otherwise the client will not be eligible for the offer. NO COUPON MUST BE GIVEN TO RESIDENCE MANAGERS. - In the event of failure of the exam, the client must notify the Residence Manager by phone or email as soon as the results are released for a refund (with a tolerance until July 9, 2025 inclusive). - If the client does not respond before July 9, 2025 inclusive, we will consider that the client has passed their exam.
