Our Student Residence is located in the heart of the Rouen campus and the Archevêque wood.
The residence offers 115 furnished and equipped apartments from Studio to T2: bed with duvet, desk, table, chairs, storage space, equipped kitchenette (hotplate, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) and cleaning kit. Many services included in the rent:
Breakfast served in the cafeteria from Monday to Friday, cleaning of the apartment twice a month, unlimited internet, Fitness Area, laundry access, presence of a steward.
The students will benefit from an unobstructed view from the residence and a direct access to the wood allowing walks and running.

An RIB or Relevé d’Identité Bancaire is a French bank document which details the coordinates of your bank branch and account. If you have an IBAN, it works as well.
Most recent bill (electricity, telephone, etc…). Make sure the bill isn’t dated more than 3 months ago.
