UppeHalls is a brand new student residence located in Petit Quevilly, near Rouen. It invites you to live a real student life experience. UppeHalls offers 132 apartments, from the cosy studio to the large T3 flat. Each apartment is rented fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan and storage space) and a living room area, a sleeping area for the studios and an independent bedroom for the T2 and T3 apartments, an office area with plenty of storage space, and a private bathroom. The apartments are all bright, modern and carefully decorated.
At UXCO, we place the customer experience at the heart of our concerns. With this in mind, you will be able to take advantage of large common areas including: a chill out zone with a sofa and a TV, a co-working area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for meals with friends. All this in a decoration strongly inspired by medieval settings and a design and practical furniture to facilitate meetings and exchanges. A complete range of services is at your disposal. You will be able to take advantage of a high speed wifi internet connection, a laundromat, a private and secure car park, the rental of household appliances, cleaning services...
Finally, a manager is present in each UXCO residence. A real host, he will be there to accompany you, from the visit of your accommodation to your departure. Throughout the year, he or she will organize events in the residence that will give you the impression of living in a large shared apartment.
The rent includes cold water, and high speed wifi internet connection. All you have to do is put your bags down and bring your favorite blanket to feel at home!

T2 apartments have two large rooms: a living room and a bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet (which can be in the bathroom or separate).
