Close to the Jardin des Plantes and the Day Hospital of the Centre Hospitalier du Rouvray, the residence offers 130 T1 and T3 apartments, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with care. The residence is also very well served by public transport, with a metro stop and two bus stations (F1 and 6) less than 10 minutes away on foot.
