une sdbain pour les filles ! Bonjour, je propose un appartement en colocation situé dans la Rouvière 13009 en étage élevé avec une vue splendide. 7e étage. L’appartement fait 96 M2 HABITABLE et il y a 4 BELLES CHAMBRES ; appartement entièrement refait à neuf, entièrement meublé, télévision, box internet, lits doubles, grands rangements, bureau …vue mer, cuisine toute équipées, vrai four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, congélateur 4 bacs, réfrigérateur séparé grande taille, ustensiles de cuisine etc ; cave, sèche, local vélo, emplacement moto, parking voiture au sein de la copropriété gardée et fermée. Entrée de l’immeuble et le local vélo sont sécurisé par badges électro.
Il se trouve à 2 minute à pied de Clairval, à 5 minutes de l’IPC, à de 10 minutes de Luminy KEDGE et à peut-être 20 minutes de la Timone ; Bus devant la copropriété et métro à 10 minutes selon circulation. Dans la copro, Parkings et tous types de magasins plus de 70 ! : casino, coiffeur, pharmacies, poste, banques, boucher, agence de voyage, primeur, bio, weldom à 50 METRES etc… une vraie petite ville.
La nuit, gardes assermentés et lotissements fermés par barrière avec contrôle vidéo.
A voir absolument. Attention 1 chambre a vue mer et possède sa salle de bain privative. Une autre chambre (16,8 m²) possède en plus un balcon privatif vue mer, la troisième chambre vue mer fait 13 m² et la dernière (10m²) a une vue colline. le salon fait 22,5 m² avec grande vue mer. il s'agit d'un 7e étage sur des colline. Ville et mer à vos pieds. stade vélodrome et notre dame.

CHAQUE CHAMBRE FERME A CLEF un lit double avec 4 grands tiroirs dessous en plus d'un immense meuble. Seule différence est dans la petite chambre ou il y aura un vrai lit en 120 (une place et demie), avec rangements dessous.
