Quartier Joliette - Nous proposons 4 chambres en colocation de standing dans un appartement traversant de 80m² lumineux, meublé et décoré avec goût, tout confort, situé au 1er étage d’une petite copropriété proche de toutes commodités, commerces et transports en commun.

Cette colocation s’adresse à des étudiants et/ou des jeunes actifs. Nous mettons à votre disposition tout l’équipement nécessaire pour veiller à votre tranquillité. Vous n’avez plus qu’à poser vos valises !

4 chambres spacieuses allant de 11 à 14,7 m² équipées avec :
• Un lit double 140 cm
• Un grand bureau
• Un beau dressing aménagé avec barre de penderie et tablettes
•L’une des chambres donne sur cour et dispose d’un balcon.
Chaque porte de chambre est munie d’un verrou à clés.

Belle cuisine lumineuse entièrement aménagée et équipée ouverte sur l’entrée :
• Réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, micro-onde, plaque induction, hotte, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain
• Tous les ustensiles nécessaires dont vous pourriez avoir besoin (assiettes, couverts, verre, etc.)
• Un coin repas pour 4 personnes

Une salle d’eau moderne :
• Douche, meuble vasque suspendu, miroir, buanderie qui intègre le lave-linge, la table à repasser et le fer à repasser

WC séparé,

Entrée avec un grand débarras aménagé, tablettes et barre de penderie qui permet de ranger manteaux, chaussures et bien d’autres choses.

L’accès à l’immeuble est sécurisé par interphone

- L’appartement se situe Rue de la joliette tout proche de la Rue de la république
- Possibilité de stationner gratuitement dans les rues adjacentes, à moins de 100m de l'appartement
- L’appartement est idéalement situé, à 150 m du Métro 2 (arrêt Joliette ou Jules Guedes) et des lignes de bus 82S et 582 desservant respectivement l’hypercentre et le campus universitaire en moins de 10 min.
- Tous les commerces sont à moins de 5 minutes (supermarchés, pharmacie, tabac/presse, boulangerie, etc.)
- La zone commerciale des docks de la joliette et ses 350 enseignes est accessible à pieds en 10 minutes
- La cathédrale la Major et le Mucem sont accessibles en moins de 15 min de marche depuis l’appartement.

*** La colocation en elle-même ***

Le nombre d’occupants est limité à 4. Pour le respect de chacun, cette colocation est non-fumeur et les animaux n’y sont pas acceptés.
Afin que vous vous sentiez dans cette colocation comme chez vous, vous disposerez de tous les services nécessaires : internet (fibre optique), eau, électricité, chauffage. Vous n’aurez donc pas besoin d’effectuer les démarches pour souscrire à ces services.
