- Aspirateur, nécessaire de ménage, fer et table à repasser à disposition.
Vous aurez un bail commun (sans clause de solidarité) ouvrant droit à l'aide au logement. Vous aurez une grande pièce de vie climatisée avec balcon pour jouir d'un espace de vie agréable et partager vos diners.
Le ménage des parties communes de l'appartement (cuisine, sdb, couloir) est offert une fois tous les 15 jours.
Le nombre d'occupants est limité à 4 ( pas de couple). Pour le respect de chacun cette colocation est non fumeur et les animaux n'y sont pas acceptés.
TOUT est à disposition des colocataires : Internet haut débit(fibre), chauffage, eau, électricité, assurance habitation, ménage des communs, assistance dépannage, TV, Netflix.
Vous n'aurez donc pas besoin d’effectuer les démarches pour souscrire à ces services.
