🏠 L'appartement est situé au 4è étage dans un immeuble à Metz Borny, à 2 minutes à pieds du MET et de toutes commodités. 8 min à pieds de la BAM et du campus Bridoux. Deux fois par semaine un marché se tient au pied de l'immeuble. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue assez facilement.
✨ C'est un très joli F5 avec un grand séjour, 4 chambres, une cuisine équipée et 2 salles de bain. L'appartement est agréable à vivre : lumineux et traversant, il possède de belles pièces spacieuses.
🛏 Les chambres font environ ( pour la plus grande) et sont meublées avec un grand lit, un bureau et une armoire. Le reste de l'appartement est déjà meublé également (machine à laver, sèche-linge et lave-vaisselle).
Les charges comprennent le chauffage, l'eau, l'électricité, internet, et Netflix et le ménage dans les parties communes plusieurs fois par mois.
