🏠 L'appartement est situé au 3è étage dans un immeuble à Metz Borny, à 2 min à pieds du METTIS ligne A (arrêt Les Bordes) et de toutes commodités. 8 min à pieds de la BAM et du campus Bridoux. 2 fois par semaine un marché se tient au pied de l'immeuble. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue assez facilement (sauf les jours de marché).
✨ Très joli F5 de 110m² avec un grand séjour, 4 chambres, une cuisine équipée, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC et 1 loggia. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre : lumineux et traversant, il possède de belles pièces spacieuses.
🛏 4 chambres de 11m² et 1 de 14m² (pour la plus grande) : elles sont meublées avec un grand lit, un bureau, une armoire. Le reste de l'appartement est meublé également (avec machine à laver&sèche-linge intégré, TV, internet, cuisine équipée) avec de nombreux rangements.
Les charges comprennent le chauffage, l'eau, l'électricité, internet, Netflix, et le ménage plusieurs fois par mois.
