Elle se situe dans un appartement tout confort, traversant, Est/Ouest lumineux et sans vis à vis. 5eme étage avec ascenseur. L’appartement dispose de 3 chambres distinctes, une cuisine dinatoire, une entrée avec penderie, salle de bain, WC séparé. Il n’y a pas de salon. L’appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé.

Loyer chambre y compris les charges de copropriété incluant le chauffage collectif, l’eau chaude, gardien. Vous devrez rajouter en plus votre quote-part d’électricité, de gaz, d'assurance habitation et d’internet.
