Le pavillon comprend 2 chambres actuellement louées individuellement, une cuisine toute équipée commune, WC communs, un sous-sol utilisé pour la laverie (machine à laver le linge et étendoir disponibles avec un espace permettant de ranger des objets encombrants, valises par exemple), une cour devant la maison et un jardinet derrière la maison.
Chaque chambre, comprenant une douche privative, est idéale pour une personne seule (étudiant ou travailleur). Dans le cas d'un étudiant ou contrat précaire (CDD par exemple), une caution/garantie d'un tiers sera demandée (les garanties Studapart ou Visale seront privilégiées).
La personne sera discrète, respectueuse des habitudes de vie des 2 autres locataires et très attentive à la propreté, au rangement ainsi qu’à la préservation dans un bon état des locaux communs et privatifs. Contrat de location d’un an renouvelable avec préavis d’un mois (durée supérieure à 1 an souhaitée).

Classe énergies : D ; GES : E Montant estimé des dépenses annuelles d'énergie pour un usage standard : 2 000 € par an pour l’ensemble de la maison. Prix moyens des énergies indexées sur les années 2022 à 2024 (abonnements compris). Logement situé en zone tendue mais non soumis au loyer de référence majoré fixé par décret (encadrement des loyers). Nous avons aménagé ce pavillon avec pour objectif de fournir tout le confort à nos locataires. Nous sommes attentifs à leur bien-être et régissons très rapidement en cas de problème.
