Located in Houilles, in the Yvelines department (78), the house offers 5 rooms for rent (1 small, 2 medium-sized, and 2 large). Enjoy a pleasant environment with all necessary amenities: a small garden, kitchen, bathroom, and two toilets. Ideally located just 5 km from La Défense! The house is in a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood, providing a comfortable and enjoyable living space.

🏡 Monthly Rent for Furnished Rooms : Each room is fully furnished, including a bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, internet, and heating.
Security deposit: 1 month’s rent.
