Nous vous proposons une colocation chaleureuse et conviviale dans notre maison récemment rénovée, située Rue de l'Abbé Victor Senez, en plein cœur de Valenciennes.

Actuellement, 3 chambres sur les 6 sont disponibles pour la rentrée 2024, suite au départ des précédents locataires en fin d'année scolaire.

Notre maison bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal :
• À 2 minutes à pied du tram
• À 4 minutes à pied de la gare de Valenciennes
• À 8 minutes à pied de la Place d'Armes et de son centre commercial
• Proche des commerces, bars, restaurants et autres commodités

La maison offre un cadre de vie agréable avec une terrasse et une grande cuisine ouverte sur un salon convivial. Chaque chambre est meublée avec soin, comprenant un lit, un bureau et divers accessoires nécessaires au confort des colocataires. Trois salles de douches avec toilettes sont réparties sur les étages, assurant une certaine intimité pour chacun.

Les charges mensuelles comprennent Internet, l'électricité, le chauffage, l'eau, la taxe des ordures et les produits d'entretien ménager.
Chaque locataire bénéficiera d'un avenant de bail à son nom, ce qui facilite l'obtention des aides de la CAF. Nous acceptons les garanties VISALE pour sécuriser votre location.
