Dans une maiso située à Aulnoy-Lez-Valenciennes à 5 minutes du métro Jules Chevalier, à 500m du centre commercial Carrefour et du lavomatique, à 200m de Grand Frais. Face à la maison : boulangerie, bureau de tabac, pharmacie.

Les autres colocataires seront ravis de vous accueillir.

La maison est pratique et entièrement meublée. Vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises ! :-)

Les chambres bénéficient d'une belle luminosité. Elles sont équipées d'un lit simple, d'un grand bureau avec lampe, chaise de bureau, armoire et lavabo.

Préparez vos repas dans une cuisine équipée : 2 frigos, 1 congélateur, 2 micro-ondes, une batterie de vaisselle etc..

La maison possède 2 toilettes et 2 douches séparés pour plus de flexibilité ainsi qu'un lavabo privée dans chaque chambre.

La maison a été refaite à neuf spécifiquement pour la colocation et pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres.
