Une chambre vient de se libérer en raison d'un changement d'orientation d'étude suite à la rentrée. 2 colocataires sont des jeunes actifs travaillant à E.Leclerc et 1 pour GLS

L'appartement a récemment été entièrement rénové et meublé avec goût, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises !

Emplacement idéal : L'appartement est stratégiquement situé à proximité des universités, à seulement 300 mètres de la ligne de bus C2, aux arrêts FORET ou BERLIOZ. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre les universités à pied en 15 minutes ou prendre le bus C20 à l'arrêt Hippodrome. Pour les amateurs de vélo, vous pouvez traverser par le Cens et rejoindre les universités en 10 minutes à vélo. Tous les commerces sont à quelques pas, avec un Carrefour City, une pharmacie, un tabac/presse, une boulangerie, etc., à 5 minutes à pied. Le centre commercial Leclerc Orvault Grand Val est accessible en voiture en 5 minutes, et le centre-ville est à seulement 15 minutes. Le stationnement est gratuit en face ou près de l'immeuble, et un local à vélo est disponible. Deux salles d'eau modernes et des toilettes complètent l'aménagement.

Détails de la colocation :
- Le nombre d'occupants est limité à 4 personnes.
- Cette colocation est non-fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés pour le confort de tous.
- Les charges, y compris Internet (fibre optique), l'eau, l'électricité et le chauffage, sont incluses dans le loyer. Vous n'aurez donc pas besoin de souscrire à ces services.
