L'appartement entièrement rénové est situé au 3ème étage (sur 4).
Il est composé de 3 chambres , l'une équipée d'un balcon , l'autre d'un grand dressing . Chaque chambre possède un lit double de 140 (2 ch) et d'un lit 160 (1 ch) avec couette , oreiller et housse de couette, un bureau avec lampe et une chaise ainsi que d'une colonne de rangements ( vêtements et livres) plus penderie , table de nuit avec lampe. L'appartement possède une grande salle de bain avec douche et vasque . On y trouve une très belle et grande cuisine à l Américaine entièrement équipée . avec ilôt central et tabourets hauts ,permettant aux 3 locataires de se retrouver pour un repas ou tout autre moment convivial.
Le salon - salle à manger est équipé d'un canapé 3 places , d'une table basse , d'une table ronde en bois et de 3 chaises.
Dans l'entrée se trouve un grand placard et les WC.
A proximité des commerces ,des transports en commun ,des facultés et grandes écoles.
A 10 mn du centre ville par bus tram vélo
nombreux espaces verts autour pour marches et vélo!
Machine à laver dans l appartement.
Piscine ,patinoire, canoe kayak ...à 10 mn
