Le salon - salle à manger est équipé d'un canapé 3 places , d'une table basse , d'une table ronde en bois et de 3 chaises. Dans l'entrée se trouve un grand placard et les WC. A proximité des commerces ,des transports en commun ,des facultés et grandes écoles. A 10 mn du centre ville par bus tram vélo nombreux espaces verts autour pour marches et vélo! Machine à laver dans l appartement. Piscine ,patinoire, canoe kayak ...à 10 mn

Je loue un appartement de Type T4 ,entièrement remis à neuf avec une superbe vue et dans un quartier très tranquille à Orvault .en face se trouve un superbe parc , on trouve plusieurs petits commerces à moins de 5 mn. L'université et plusieurs grandes écoles sont également à 15 mn.
