La situation de l’appartement est idéale. Il se situe à la croisée des chemins entre le tramway 3 qui dessert directement le Centre-Ville et le Chronobus C20 qui dessert directement les facultés et écoles du Petit-Port. Il est également tout près de la route de Vannes et de ses nombreux commerces. L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence bien entretenue, sure et calme. Pour les courses, il y a 2 supermarchés ouverts de 8h à 22h à moins de 200m.
L'appartement et possède 5 chambres dont 3 avec salle de bain privative. L'appartement comprend 1 salle d’eau (commune aux 2 chambres sans salle d’eau) et 2 WC ; ce qui permet une grande flexibilité entre les colocataires.
Il a une grande salle de vie avec cuisine ouverte sur salle à manger et salon. Le salon accueillera facilement 5 personnes et possède une TV 43’ avec une box internet très haut débit (fibre).
L’appartement est au premier étage et il est traversant Est-Ouest et possède de grandes fenêtres. Toutes les pièces sont extrêmement lumineuses. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec frigo américain, four, micro-onde, plaques induction, hotte, lave-vaisselle 12 couverts, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. Il y a même une machine Nespresso pour les inconditionnel(le)s !
Bref, l'appartement a été refait à neuf spécifiquement pour la colocation pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres. Vous n’avez plus qu’à poser vos valises.
Coté chambre, elles sont toutes meublées confortablement avec une literie de qualité de taille variable suivant les chambres (3 de 90x190, 2 de 120x190). Elles ont chacune un bureau, fauteuil, lampe de bureau, table de chevet, lampe de chevet, dressing, miroir, descente de lit, des rideaux et des volets. Il y a 2 parures de lits permettant la rotation.
