Suite aux départs d’un colocataire , 1 chambre se libère

Nous sommes :
- Marvyn, ingérnieur, 25 ans
- Mateo, 23 ans master en alternance

L'ambiance est top entre nous, tous non fumeur, calme la semaine..
barbecue et table extérieure..
On recherche idéalement une fille et un garcon pour conserver la mixité mais aucune obligation.

LOCALISATION : l'emplacement est idéal :
- 50 mètres du tram "Pont jacob"
- Moins de 5 minutes à pied de la gare
- Stationnement gratuit dans la rue, et toujours de la place !
- à proximité, se trouvent boulangerie, tabac, coiffeur, station service, restaurant
- à proximité des sorties nocturnes...idéal pour rentrer à pied !

LA MAISON :
-Chauffage gaz pour un confort optimal (attention au chauffage électrique..le confort n'est que rarement présent)

- Un jardin et terrasse avec barbecue en brique et le nécessaire pour y faire des petits repas sympas l'été.

- Au sous sol, une cave saine et de la place pour y stocker ce dont vous désirez..

- Au RDC se trouve 1 salon, une cuisine salle à manger, 1 salle de douche avec WC et 1 chambre de 16m²

- Au 1er étage : 1 chambre de 12m², 1 chambre ,1 salle de douche avec WC

- Au 2eme étage : 1 chambre de 12 m², 1 chambre ,1 salle de douche avec WC

Il y a donc 3 douches, 3 WC pour 5 colocataires.

Tout le mobilier est neuf ou presque..
Toute la literie est neuve et de bonne qualité.. dimensions minimales 140*190cm.
Tout l'électroménager est de grande marque..
La cuisine est équipée d'un four encastré, d'un lave-vaisselle, de 4 plaques électrique, d'un évier double bac, 2 réfrigérateurs, micro-onde, cafetière, bouilloire, de la vaisselle pour 5 pers..etc),
- Un salon avec TV plate 107 cm, 2/3 canapés et une table basse.
- Les salles de bain sont avec douche, rangements, lavabos, et WC (et la brosse qui va bien !)
- Chaque chambre aura son lit 140*190 avec sommier tapisser et matelas à ressort de qualité, une commode, une armoire avec un coté penderie, un chevet, un bureau et sa chaise.
