Les commerces, restaurants, la poste etc. sont également à proximité. les charges comprennent : le Chauffage, la wifi, l'électricité ainsi que l eau chaude et eau froide, le ménage (1/semaine dans les parties communes) et la taxe d'ordures ménagerai. La colocation dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour votre confort : cuisine équipée avec four, micro onde, frigo, plaque électrique, machine à café, ustensiles etc… Une machine a laver est également mise a disposition.
