2 chambres 10m² plein sud. Très lumineuses.
Meublées : lit simple, bureau, penderie, étagère, rangements.

Les chambres sont destinées à 2 étudiants.

A l'étage de 30m², ils partageront une cuisine, une salle de bain.WC séparé.

Ils ont un accès direct à ce logement, sans passer par la maison principale et sont donc indépendants.

Le quartier est calme, à proximité des commerces, du Centre d'Art et de Culture.
Le sentier de la Pointe est à 2 mn à pied de la gare SNCF de Meudon.
