Maison en collocation dans un quartier ultra calme et situé en face du Bois de la Garenne ce qui garantit une absence de vis à vis au quotidien.
La maison est composée de 5 chambres réparties sur 3 niveaux et parmi lesquelles une suite parentale avec placards intégrés. 3 WC ( dont 1 à chaque etage) , 1 salle d'eau et 1 salle de bain. Le Rez-de-chaussée est composée d'un séjour agréable et d'une salle à manger à la disposition des colocataires. A disposition également une cuisine en rez-de-chaussée se chaussée et une petite cuisine au 2e étage. Les 5 chambres sont en location individuelles et les colocataires auront à leur disposition les éléments cités plus haut. Une pompe à chaleur RR a été installée récemment pour plus de confort.
