Notre colocation est imaginée pour que tu puisses te concentrer uniquement sur ce qui compte pour toi, lorsque tu arrives à Orléans, comme te consacrer pleinement à développer une nouvelle vie sociale et ta vie professionnelle.

Notre objectif est que tu ne vives pas les problèmes fréquents à un nouvel arrivant : La solitude dans une nouvelle ville, les corvées ménagères, la gestion des dépenses communes, l’éloignement géographique.

- Le Tramway (A) à 5 min à pied ainsi que tous les bus.

L'appartement a du double vitrage sur toutes les fenêtres donc pas de nuisances sonores.
L'électricité, le chauffage, l'eau et même l'internet (fibre optique) ont été anticipés et pris en charge. Tu n’auras jamais à traiter avec Engie, ni à réclamer la contribution financière d’un autre colocataire.
