La salle de bain comprend : une douche une machine à laver des portes serviettes
Pour vos déplacements : A 100m de l'arrêt de tram L'lndien. A 200m de l'Université, UFR, IUT, Polytech, Hôpital de la Source A 20 min en tram du centre d'Orléans et de la Gare d'Orléans
L'immeuble est sécurisé avec un gardien résident, entrée par badge.
Bail individuel (chacun son bail). Pas de clause de solidarité entre les colocataires (vous n'êtes pas redevable du non-paiement des autres). Éligible au dispositif VISALE et Garantie Studapart acceptées.
