Welcome to L'Atelier, a truly atypical place to live, resulting from the renovation of an old building dating from 1898, designed by the Saint-Etienne architect Pierre Lamaizière.

The residence has a real asset: 1,200 m² of outdoor space overhung by large metal beams run along the back of the residence. This huge space offers residents a wide range of activities: a basketball court, a badminton court, a bowling alley, a collaborative vegetable garden, an outdoor courtyard and its chill zone, as well as a place to host events and parties organized by the manager.

In a resolutely modern decoration combining original pipes, soft colours and raw materials, the 250m² of common spaces are favourable to exchanges and conviviality. The many bay windows of the residence allow the apartments and the common areas to benefit from a great luminosity every day.

The apartments are mainly arranged in duplexes for an optimal layout. From the T1 to the private room in co-living, they are all composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, storage, crockery kit, cleaning kit), a desk with a chair, a table and two seats, a 120 x 200 cm bed (with pillow and duvet), a linen kit, a cupboard, and a shower room including a shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer and a toilet.
