The Bellevue Residence is located at 82 Rue des Docteurs CHARCOT in SAINT-ÉTIENNE.
We offer apartments from 17 to 25 m² from the 1st floor to the 8th floor and there is apartments on the 6th floor 27m² + large balcony. Each apartment has a main room with a single bed, a desk, a dining table and two chairs, a kitchenette (with fridge, hob, sink, microwave and storage) and a wall cupboard. The bathrooms are standard: WC, bath, mirror, washbasin and cupboard.
- The rent includes monthly rental, cold water, elevator charges, maintenance of common areas, internet access, comprehensive home insurance and garbage collection tax. The electricity and the housing tax remain at your charge.
A self-service laundry is available on the 1st floor of the residence. (works with a credit card).
