Each apartment is rented fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood and storage space) and a living room area, a sleeping area and a private bathroom. The apartments are all bright, modern and carefully decorated. At UXCO, we place the customer experience at the heart of our concerns. With this in mind, you will be able to take advantage of more than 100 m² of common areas including: a chill out area with a sofa, a TV, and a shared garden, a co-working area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a fitness room for the more athletic. All this in a natural decoration which invites to relaxation, and a design and practical furniture to facilitate the meetings and the exchanges.
A complete range of services is at your disposal. You will be able to take advantage of a high-speed wifi internet connection, a connected laundromat, a private and secure car park, the rental of household appliances, or cleaning services...
Finally, a manager is present in each UXCO residence. A real host, he will be there to accompany you, from the visit of your accommodation to your departure. Throughout the year, he or she will organize events in the residence that will give you the impression of living in a large shared apartment.
The rent includes hot/cold water, heating, and high speed wifi internet connection. All you have to do is put your bags down and bring your favorite blanket to feel at home!
