Une chambre de disponible, vous cohabiterez avec deux très sympathique jeune homme actif.
Toutes les chambres sont grandes équipées de lit 140 ou 160 d'un dressing et d'un bureau.
La cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le confort et équipement nécessaire pour se restaurer et s'y sentir bien, dressing, cellier, salon avec grand canapé, écran TV et box fibre, wc séparé de la salle de bain équipé d'une baignoire avec pare douche, d'un lavabo et d'un sèche serviette.
Le plus une loggia de 6m² qui donne sur la pinède arborée. Chauffage : climatisation réversible.
Conditions classique ou garant obligatoire sauf si éligible VISALE, loyer hors charges 530€, provision de charges forfait de 90€ (Electricité, eau, chauffage, charges copropriétés, internet) soit 620€ TCC (aucun contrat à souscrire) caution 1 mois de loyer.
