Bienvenue dans notre appartement refait à neuf et entièrement meublé et équipé 😊

Nous nous rendons disponible pour réaliser une visite à la demande 😊

Nous vous proposons une chambre (chambre 3) dans une colocation mixte pour 3 personnes.

Le loyer est TTC et inclus TOUTES les charges à savoir l’eau chaude et froide, le chauffage, la climatisation, l’électricité non forfaitaire et le Wi-Fi fibre haut débit

La colocation est située à 10 minutes à pied des facultés, de l’IUT et de toutes les écoles situées avenue du club hippique (Peyrefitte Esthétique, CFA Codèv, ESSCA, Esup Com, Lycée Zola, Cours Diderot etc.)
Tout les commerces de proximité nécessaires sont accessibles à pied. Plusieurs arrêts de bus son situé à côté de l’appartement vous permettant de vous rendre facilement partout en ville.

L’appartement est tout confort et se compose de 3 chambres, un grand séjour, un balcon, une cuisine séparée, une salle de bain, un WC séparé et une petite buanderie.

Pour votre confort, l’appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé.

Entre autres vous y trouverez : un lave-linge, un sèche-linge, un lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, four, cafetière, bouilloire, télévision, aspirateur, toute la vaisselle nécessaire, le matériel de nettoyage et le linge de maison nécessaire à votre confort.
Vous n’avez plus qu’à arriver et poser vos valises, nous nous occupons du reste !


Toutes les chambres sont équipées d’une serrure à clef, d’un lit double, des rangements nécessaires.

Cette colocation est ouverte aux étudiants et aux jeunes travailleurs de moins de 30 ans.
Nous vous demanderons de constituer rapidement un dossier complet et de présenter un garant justifiant d’un revenu mensuel d’au moins trois fois le montant du loyer.
