IMPORTANT : la chambre 1 est occupée par une étudiante. Je préférerais donc des candidatures d'étudiantes.

Appartement non-fumeur. Animaux non acceptés.

A proximité : Intermarché, distributeur de billets, boulangerie, coiffeur, pharmacie, cabinet médical. Centre-ville à 15/20 mn à pied. Arrêt de bus N°3 et n°22 au pied de la résidence. ESSCA+ ESAIP + Sciences Po- espace Séguin à 5 min à pied.

Loyer + charges locatives comprises (internet fibre et charges d'immeuble).
A rajouter : électricité +1 mois de caution à verser avec le 1er loyer (restituée en fin de bail).

Pièces à fournir : carte d’identité. Certificat de scolarité ou carte d’étudiant(e), contrat de travail ou de stage.
Pour le garant : carte d’identité, 3 derniers bulletins de salaires et avis d’imposition. Eligible APL.
