Accès direct sur parc. Couchage en mezzanine, bureau, grands rangements. Superficie de la chambre légèrement supérieure à 10m². Accès semi-privatif (partagés uniquement avec une autre chambre elle aussi en location) : une grande véranda (10 m²) aménagée en cuisine (avec machine à laver), salle de bains avec baignoire et WC. Accès garage à vélos fermé. Chambre individuelle (pas de couple), non-fumeur, pas de sous-location, pas d’animaux.
Plus charges : Eau/Electricité/Chauffage/Wifi et ménage hebdomadaire de la salle de bain et des WC Bail individuel pour engagement sur un minimum de 9 mois. Caution 2 mois de loyer. Caution solidaire. Paiement du loyer le 1 du mois. Compatible avec l’aide ALS de la CAF. Le ménage dans la chambre et dans la cuisine est à faire par le locataire. Possibilité d’emprunter un aspirateur.
