(Réservée à des étudiants, mes enfants ont grandi et sont étudiants dans d’autres villes, mon mari est très régulièrement en déplacement professionnel).

Appartement situé au 6eme/6 (avec ascenseur). Sans vis-à-vis, vue Vercors et Chartreuse, calme. Accès direct sur parc.
Couchage en mezzanine, bureau, grands rangements. Superficie de la chambre légèrement supérieure à 10m².
Accès semi-privatif (partagés uniquement avec une autre chambre elle aussi en location) : une grande véranda (10 m²) aménagée en cuisine (avec machine à laver), salle de bains avec baignoire et WC.
Accès garage à vélos fermé.
Chambre individuelle (pas de couple), non-fumeur, pas de sous-location, pas d’animaux.
