The apartment is fully furnished, it has a bathroom, two toilets, a living room, a kitchen and bedrooms.
At the moment there are 2 tenants: a lady researcher in Physic and a lady student of GEM.
In the center of Grenoble, near the train station but on the most central and most animated side of the city respect the railway. , rue Casimir Brenier, next to the IUT2 and the Polytechnic Institute, 200m from GEM the School of Management. 3 tram stops from the peninsula (CEA, Leti, INP, Phelma,ENSE3, ESFR, Schneider, STMicroelectronics)
