L’isolation thermique est au top et toute électricité a été refaite. Ce qui lui vaut un diagnostic C pour la classe énergie et A pour les gaz émission effet de serre.

La maison est située dans le centre ville de Loos, à proximité immédiate :
- D’un parc : au bout de l’allée
- De la gare Loos-Lez-Lille : 3 minutes à pieds
- D’un Lidl : 3 minutes à pieds
Et parce vous êtes dans le centre ville de Loos, vous serez à deux pas des services publics (mairie, police, poste…) et de différents commerces de proximité (pharmacie, tabac, coiffeur, boulangerie, primeur, resto pour tous les goûts...

Concernant les transports :
- Tout est faisable à vélo ( fac de médecine en 10min, La Catho en 16 min, Sciences Po en 20 min) et vous avez une station V'Lille à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison.
- Bus : L5 à proximité pour atteindre le centre ville de Lille (La Catho en 25 min, Sciences Po en 32 min) ou L2, CO2 qui vous déposent devant la fac de médecine.
- Si vous possédez une voiture : le stationnement est facile et gratuit.
