Venez rejoindre Gabin (1ere année médecine) dans cette colocation « médecine/para-médical » de 4 chambres meublées avec chacune son espace bain.

La maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2019, située dans une rue calme au centre-ville de Loos. Beaucoup d’étudiants de ces filières résident à Loos.

Les chambres sont au 1er et 2ème étages et disposent chacune d’une douche et d’un meuble vasque. sol parqueté, fenêtre double vitrage avec volet roulant électrique, grand bureau avec rangement, placard de rangement, literie confortable.
Au RDC, pièce de vie commune avec sol carrelé, volets électriques, un petit salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée : grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur, four, plaques vitrocéramique, hotte, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, bouilloire, vaisselle complète…
Escaliers très larges pour accéder aux chambres.
Au sous-sol, cave avec lave-linge séchant.
Accès à une petite cour fermée à clé, pour les poubelles et stocker les vélos.
Possibilité de garer sa voiture : place dans la rue et parking au bout de la rue à 20m.
Charges à partager entre les colocataires (eau, électricité, chauffage, internet avec la fibre, assurance habitation)—> toutes charges comprises : 60€ par personne
