1 place de parking numérotée, 1 local à vélos

Chaque chambre est équipée d'un téléviseur , d'un lit double (140cm) avec 2 sets de draps, d'un bureau, d'un fauteuil, d'une table de chevet, d'une étagère et d'un placard.
L'appartement est meublé et équipé : vaisselle, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, machine nespresso, cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire, réfrigérateur américain (au moins 1 compartiment par colocataire), aspirateur, fer à repasser, etc...
