Grande colocation de 5 personnes dans un appartement , situé à Evry Village, quartier très calme et résidentiel. A moins de 5 minutes à pied de la gare RER D Evry Val de Seine (moins de 30 minutes de Paris (Bibliothèque François Mittérand) ou 45 min de la gare de Lyon.

L'appartement est au 3ème étage (sur 4) avec ascenseur, dans un immeuble de standing. Il a été entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût ; il comprend :
une grande entrée aménagée, 1 grand séjour de plus de 26m² avec un grand balcon, 1 cuisine séparée, 1 sellier, 1 cagibi, 5 chambres de 10m² à 11,7m² dont 2 avec balcon, 2 salles de bain et 2 WC séparés.
1 place de parking numérotée, 1 local à vélos

Chaque chambre est équipée d'un téléviseur , d'un lit double (140cm) avec 2 sets de draps, d'un bureau, d'un fauteuil, d'une table de chevet, d'une étagère et d'un placard.
L'appartement est meublé et équipé : vaisselle, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, machine nespresso, cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire, réfrigérateur américain (au moins 1 compartiment par colocataire), aspirateur, fer à repasser, etc...

Le loyer comprend toutes les charges : eau, chauffage, électricité, assurance MRH, taxe sur les ordures ménagères, box TV/internet et Netflix.
Le loyer comprend également une prestation de ménage par semaine dans les parties communes.
