Si vous êtes colocataire par choix et recherchez un lieu de vie séduisant, cet ensemble lumineux et de caractère vous séduira.

Maison de ville située dans un ensemble calme d’une quinzaine d’habitations à deux pas du parc des Coquibus. La gare et le centre commercial sont à une dizaine de minutes à pied. A proximité immédiate : bus et place avec commerces : supérette, boulangerie…

Aménagé en vue de la colocation, l’ensemble est d’un bon standing, récent et fonctionnel. Il comprend tout le nécessaire en vaisselle et électro-ménager, une buanderie, internet . Les chambres s’organisent autour d’un grand lieu de vie convivial (avec cheminée) prolongé par la terrasse.

Les locataires actuels sont jeunes et sont prêts à vous accueillir et répondre à vos questions. La literie est complète : matelas confortable, bureau, étagère et armoire. Deux chambres disponibles pour équilibrer la mixité.

Loyer comprenant une provision pour les 7 charges inhérentes à toutes locations meublées : eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, charges de copropriété, taxe sur les ordures ménagères. Seule l'assurance locative est à rajouter.
