Papa divorcé de deux petites filles, j’accueille mes enfants un week-end sur deux. En fréquents déplacements professionnels en semaine nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) calme et sérieu(se) pour partager notre logement.

La chambre à louer est située au rez-de-chaussée et relativement indépendante du reste du logement.
La chambre est meublée avec un lit une place, une armoire, un bureau et une bibliothèque.

Les parties communes de la maison comprennent une salle de bains, 2WC, un séjour-cuisine équipé, une buanderie au garage.

Idéalement située quartier Sainte-Thérèse avec un Intermarché à proximité immédiate, la gare se trouve à 5 minutes. Le marché le samedi matin est à 200m, les urgences de la Polyclinique du Parc à 300m, le Ciné-Club le Lux à 5 minutes à pied.

L'accès aux campus se fait en tramway arrêts Leroy ou Guynemer situés à 5 et 2min de part et d’autre.
