Bonjour,

J'habite dans une maison mitoyenne à Mennecy, plus précisément dans le quartier prisé 'des Levitts'.
C'est une ville paisible, mais vivante, avec de nombreuses animations.

Mon jardin donne sur un espace vert. La maison est idéalement située :

* A seulement 5 minutes à pieds d 'un aqua stade, d une foret.

* Proche de commerces comme Grand frais, Intermarché, Action et des boulangeries.

La gare de Mennecy se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture ou 20 mn à pieds. Il s agit de la ligne RER D, qui permet de rejoindre facilement d autres destinations. Des bus sont également disponibles pour accéder à la faculté d Evry en 20 minutes.

Je propose une chambre privée avec salle de bain attenante ( douche et WC).
