Je vous propose des chambres en colocation dans un appartement à Évry, situé dans une résidence sécurisée.

L'appartement est situé à proximité des écoles et de la gare d'Évry Courcouronnes (Par exemple, Télécom SudParis et Télécom école de management en 10 min en bus, Université d'Évry et gare à 15 min à pied ou 3 min en bus).

De nombreux commerces à proximité immédiate à pied (ex : McDonald's, Pizza Hut) ainsi que le centre commercial.

Différentes lignes de bus à proximité de la résidence 401, 402, 404, 405, 408

L'appartement est entièrement équipé (cuisine, four, micro-onde, lave-linge).

Chaque chambre est également entièrement équipée (lit 140x190 cm, bureau, chaise, armoire, frigo) pour que vous soyez à votre aise. 2 des chambres ont en plus accès à un balcon.

Services offerts : Fibre optique, Internet, TV dans chaque chambre avec accès Netflix.

Chaque colocataire a droit à un bail individuel, sans clause de solidarité. Le montant de la caution correspond à un mois de loyer.

L'appartement est également éligible à l'APL.
