Cuisine équipée avec plaque électrique, hotte, four, four micro-onde, réfrigérateur congélateur, machine à laver, cafetière. Équipements de cuisine de base, Vaisselle et couverts. Télévision, Wifi, Connexion Internet. Détecteur de fumée.

Attention: draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Egalement l'abonnement EDF et l'assurance de l'appartement restent à la charge du locataire.

Situé en plein centre-ville, tous les commerces et moyens de transports sont à proximité immédiate : Métro Baille et Castellane (ligne 1 et 2), à 5 minutes à pied et moins, Tram Rome Dragon (ligne T3), à moins de 5 minutes à pied, arrêts de bus à quelques pas. station de vélo/trottinette en libre-service, quelques mètres. La gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles, à 15 minutes en transports.
