UNE chambre à louer pour UNE PERSONNE ETUDIANTE (pas de couple) au sein d'une colocation MIXTE d'un appartement meublé et équipé comprenant :
2 chambres (dont une est déjà occupée), 1 salon/salle à manger, une cuisine ouverte avec lave-linge, un four, une plaque à induction, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, une salle de bain avec WC, une cave et une place de parking.
L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, proche du Tram A et B (5 minutes en voiture), proche domaine universitaire, vécub et bus N° 23 - 35 - 42 - 48 – 54 au bas de la résidence à 200 mètres.
Commerces à proximité (5 minutes à pied) : Carrefour Contact, pharmacie, boulangerie, pizzeria, laverie, médecins, dentiste, kinésithérapeutes, garage auto ...
Loyer mensuel + charges comprenant : eau froide/chaude, électricité, chauffage, ordures ménagères, entretien espaces verts, ménage parties communes de l'immeuble (escaliers, couloirs, entrée d'immeuble), administration de la copropriété, box fibre haut débit.
Non-fumeur et pas d'animaux. Arrivée et départ de l'appartement le samedi et en journée.
