Les chambres bénéficient d'une belle luminosité. Les chambres sont équipée d'un lit 120*190 (literie complète : matelas, couette, oreiller, draps) + chevet + armoire + bureau + chaise de bureau + TV connecté.

L'appartement comprend une pièce commune de 10m² avec une table pour manger ainsi que des chaises.
Une cuisine toute équipée : frigo, lave-vaisselle, four micro-onde, vaisselle, casseroles, table + 4 chaises...)

L'appartement comprend également deux salles de bain avec lave-linge et sèche serviette et machine à laver.

Une pièce de rangement commun.

Bref, l'appartement a été refait à neuf spécifiquement pour la colocation pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort sans gêner les autres.
