Nous proposons cette colocation étudiante de 4 chambres dans un appartement lumineux et traversant est/ouest , avec un grand balcon partagé.
Situé au 13 rue Cardinal le Camus à Grenoble (38100), au 3e étage sans ascenseur, dans une belle résidence récemment rénovée et sécurisée avec parc arboré, places de parking et garage à vélo.

4 CHAMBRES dont 2 avec balcon, chacune dispose d’un lit double 140/200, un grand placard, un bureau avec sa chaise et une table de chevet.

LES ESPACES COMMUNS :
L’appartement est composé d’une grande cuisine lumineuse et entièrement équipée : lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, plaques à vitrocéramique, grand frigo ; ouverte sur le salon avec canapé et accès au balcon.
La salle de bain, est composée d’une cabine de douche, un meuble vasque et un miroir. Un appentis avec machine à laver.

Le chauffage est individuel au gaz.
