Couette et oreillers fournis. La chambre 1 est la plus spacieuse de l’appartement et comprend un coin salon privé/ espace très cocooning/ tapis de sol très confortable.
*** TOUT CONFORT *** Une grande entrée avec meuble à chaussures et placard de rangement/dressing. Couloir distribuant les chambres, une salle de bain avec baignoire, une salle d’eau avec douche, WC indépendant et une grande buanderie avec machine à laver + sèche-linge, aspirateur. Cuisine tout équipée avec grand plan de travail (lave-vaisselle, grand frigo combi, four, micro-ondes). La table de séjour est extensible 6 personnes. Une télévision grand écran plat avec box internet + FreeTV. La table de salon (IKEA TRULSTORP) dispose d’un vérin pour être relevée sur sa moitié pour + de confort. Chauffage central sur chaudière individuelle gaz.
*** ENVIRONNEMENT *** A deux pas de la rivière l'Erdre et zone boisée bordant un petit ruisseau accessible au bout de la rue, chemin balade piéton pour loisirs et promenade forestière/rando pédestre, VTT, pêche et base nautique loisirs. Environnement très calme, au fond d'une impasse à deux pas des quai de la Jonelière (Port de l’Erdre) proche « Petit Port » (patinoire/ piscine).
