Nous vous proposons une chambre à louer en colocation dans un très bel appartement lumineux entièrement rénové et équipé.

L’appartement se situe au 1er étage avec ascenseur d’une résidence calme idéalement située à 100m de l'arrêt de tram . Double vitrage avec volets roulants, ainsi qu'un balcon vitré.

Il dispose de trois chambres, l'une de 13m² et deux de 11m².

Le loyer comprend eau, électricité, chauffage, TV, Internet (fibre).
Il est éligible aux aides au logement et loué en direct.

Chaque chambre comprend :
Un grand lit 140x 190 avec matelas et oreillers neufs et de très bonne qualité.

La salle de bain comprend :

Un aspirateur, un fer à repasser et un nécessaire de ménage sont mis à disposition.
