L'appartement T3 meublée toute neuve, située à côté de la gare RER Plessis-Robinson , à 6 minutes à pied. 2 minutes à pied du centre ville et il y a plusieurs supermarché à côté. Plusieurs bus, des grands parcs : Parc Henri Sellier, Parc de la vallée aux loups , tres grand et connu , un jardin botanique. Parc Sceaux en bus environ 15 minutes. C'est un très beau quartier avec tant des fleurs et des plantes.

Louez une chambre meublée mais c'est comme si vous louez une appartement entière.
Le propriétaire garde une l'autre chambre pour son propre usage de travaille et n'y habite pas la plupart du temps du soir. . Le salon est de couleur crème et décoré dans un style tendance, équipé d'un grand canapé cuire et d'une table à manger ou bar . . . La chambre est tout neuf, très lumineuse. Elle est équipée :Canape-lits doubles, un table de bureau avec chaise, armoire, commode, rideaux rideaux roulant électronique avec porte-fenêtre. La salle de baignoire avec sèche serviette, et de toilettes séparées.
Loyer : 960 € / mois donc 150 € de charges locatives. ( ni inclus eau chaude/froide, l'électricité, wifi)
