Un peu d’histoire pour commencer. Mansiones Coliving est né dans la tête de nos quatre fondateurs, de générations différentes.
Nous sommes partis, il y a près d’un an de constats reconnus et persistants : un isolement croissant des individus, une perte d’interaction entre les générations et trop peu d’offres de logement qui s’en soucient vraiment.
Et le Covid n’a rien arrangé !

Convaincus que des liens plus étroits entre les générations sont mutuellement bénéfiques, nous avons imaginé un lieu propice à la création de ces relations fortes, familiales : le coliving intergénérationnel.

En pratique, une sélection fine des profils sera effectuée afin de garantir une maison équilibrée, affinitaire, habitée de colocataires convaincus de notre vision et de ses bénéfices.

Concernant notre maison de Guyancourt, voici les infos clés :
- 12 chambres privatives, meublées, dans une maison de maître entièrement rénovée au goût du jour
- Chaque chambre dispose d’une salle d’eau, et WC individuel pour 11 d'entre elles
- espaces partagés entièrement meublés : cuisine, salle à manger, salon, salle cinéma (avec Netflix, Canal +, Disney +, Paramount+), buanderie et salle de sport
- Un beau jardin avec salon extérieur, barbecue, local vélo
- Possibilité de parking en supplément

- Ménage et maintenance des espaces communs pour votre confort
