Colocation idéal pour des étudiants, l'appartement est entièrement meublé, équipé d'une nouvelle cuisine avec plaque induction, four à micro-ondes, four micro-ondes ,réfrigérateur avec congélateur.

L'appartement est équipé également d'une TV dans chaque chambre ainsi qu'un lave vaisselle et d'une machine à laver et autres ustensiles propice à une cuisine.

L'emplacement est top, situé à 19 minutes en transport du l'université de Rouen et 29 minutes à pieds du campus .

Vous êtes en face de l'église à 15 minutes en tramway du carrefour City. De plus l'arrêt se trouve juste en face du logement
