Nous proposons une colocation de 3 chambres dans un appartement situé au 6eme étage avec ascenseur, au 5 rue Hector Berlioz à Rouen, à 5 minutes à pied du T2, proche du CHU et du centre-ville et à 15 min en voiture de Mont-Saint-Aignan.

Les chambres sont equipees comme suit
’un lit double, d’un bureau, un dressing d’une Smart TV avec Netflix inclus.
sont fournis, la literie complète et deux serviettes de bain.

L’appartement comprend : un salon, un espace repas, une cuisine séparée équipée et un garde manger, une buanderie avec deux lave-linge séchants et une salle d’eau partagée. Les WC sont séparés. Le ménage est assuré deux fois par mois.
