Sur les 3 chambres/ pièces de l'appartement, deux autres sont occupées par:
- un autre étudiant.
- la propriétaire de l'appartement pour son activité professionnelle.
Contrainte importante: il est demandé au locataire d'être très discret lors des périodes de travail.
Chambre meublée: lit une place, bureau, commode.
Petit balcon.
Logement calme à proximité du bus C1 qui passe toutes les 5/8 minutes.
Toutes les charges inclus : eau, électricité, gaz, charges de copropriété, Internet, taxes
Appartement non fumeur, pas d'animaux et pas de visites sauf exceptions à voir avec propriétaire.
Autre condition: je souhaite de préférence que le locataire ait le "profil garanti" de Studapart, où à défaut un solide dossier de financement avec les documents l'attestant.
