Très calme, ce logement est idéal pour un·e étudiant·e.
La chambre dispose d'un lit 2 places de 140x190, d'une armoire, un porte-manteau avec des cintres, une grande bibliothèque et un bureau.
Vous aurez accès à la cuisine équipée avec quelques règles à respecter, à la salle de bain avec baignoire/douche et WC séparé,
La Wifi, électricité sont compris dans le prix.
Le linge de lit et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis.
Pratique et tranquille, dans un décor artiste bohème, vous y trouverez tout le confort.
A côté de la cuisine, dans le cellier vous pourrez utiliser la machine à laver le linge (supplément : 2€/ lessive). Un étendoir est à disposition dans le salon.
Sans vis à vis à l’ouest, depuis le balcon, vous profiterez de vues splendides sur le ciel breton.
